Terms of use

The rules of the road for OpSkills.

This site is a resource. These terms describe how it can and can't be used, what you can rely on, and what you can't.

Effective:  ·  Operator: Swapnil Samfrancisco (Super In Tech), India.

1. Acceptance

By using OpSkills (opskillsbyswapnil.com), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, don't use the site. Your continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the update.

2. What OpSkills is (and isn't)

OpSkills is a resource site covering marketing operations, marketing automation, GoHighLevel, and related tooling. It is published for informational and educational purposes.

OpSkills is not professional advice — legal, financial, medical, or otherwise — and it is not a substitute for engaging a qualified professional to advise on your specific situation. Compliance content (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) reflects a reasonable operator's understanding at the time of writing but is not legal advice.

3. Acceptable use

Requests for republishing, translation, or partnership arrangements go to swapnil@superintech.com.

4. Intellectual property

All original content on OpSkills — post text, illustrations, graphics, and code — is © Swapnil Samfrancisco and licensed to readers only for the personal-use purposes described in section 3. Third-party trademarks referenced on the site (“HighLevel”, “GoHighLevel”, and others) remain the property of their respective owners; references are made for descriptive and comparative purposes only.

5. Affiliate links and third-party links

The site contains affiliate links to GoHighLevel — full details in the Affiliate Disclosure. Clicking an affiliate link may result in a commission being paid to the operator at no additional cost to you. Non-affiliate outbound links point to third-party sites whose content, terms, and privacy practices are outside the operator's control. Their inclusion is not an endorsement of anything else on those sites.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” The operator makes no warranties, express or implied, about the site's accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or continuous availability. Prices and product features change; the operator makes reasonable efforts to keep the site current (see Editorial Policy) but does not guarantee that every figure is current at the moment you read it.

Nothing on OpSkills constitutes a promise of business results. Where a post says something works — a workflow, a funnel pattern, a pricing move — that reflects the operator's experience across real client accounts. Your results will depend on your own execution and your own situation, and the operator does not warrant them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if the operator has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be limited to zero under applicable law, the operator's aggregate liability arising out of or related to your use of the site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid the operator directly in the twelve months preceding the claim (which for readers of this site is typically zero), or (b) US $50.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

9. Termination

The operator may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if the operator reasonably believes you are violating these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the site at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent any dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith email exchange, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

11. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change materially, the “Effective” date at the top of the page will change and a brief note will appear near the top of the page explaining what changed. For minor edits (typo fixes, clarifying language) the Effective date may not change.
